There are always a lot of questions when it comes to fitness. Below are answers to some of the most common questions I’ve received. There are obviously a lot more questions, so feel free to get in touch with me and ask away.
WHAT IS ALL INCLUDED IN YOUR TRAINING PACKAGES?
All training packages include nutritional guidance and education, recipes, customized workout plans, access to video tutorials on exercises and stretches, and constant communication and support.
Levels 2-4 Training Packages include 1 on 1 training as well.
HOW DO I SELECT THE TRAINING PACKAGE THAT WOULD WORK BEST FOR ME?
If you are someone that is struggling with adherence (sticking to your plan), need support, or if you need more help with form/execution, I highly suggest Levels 3-4.
If you need a super flexible schedule to fit your busy lifestyle, Level 1 would be perfect.
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOU DO?
Using strength training, I can help you reach your goals of living a healthier lifestyle, increased strength, endurance/agility, and or your desired physique. Each of my clients' training plans are completely customized to their body types, goals, lifestyle, and most importantly making sure the workout plan is enjoyable.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
If you plan on training from home, you might want to invest in some home workout equipment, which I can help make some recommendations. For my virtual and in person training clients, anything we need I will provide or can be found at your gym, however I can make recommendations of additional items that may improve the quality of your training.
WHAT GYM DO I NEED TO GO TO?
If you select an In Person training package, you don't need a gym membership, it is included in your subscription. We would be going to 24 Hour Fitness.
If you select a Virtual or Independent training package, you can workout wherever you want.
HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I NEED TO WORKOUT?
As much as you would like, however I don't let any of my clients train more than 5x a week.
Also, your workout frequency is not reliant on what training package you select. For ex., you can ask for a 5 day workout split but I only meet with you once a week. It is completely catered to your needs.

HOW DO YOU TRACK PROGRESS?
The main way I track progress is through progress pictures. I do not make my clients weight themselves except for when setting macros.

I TRAVEL A LOT, HOW WILL THAT IMPACT OUR TRAINING SCHEDULE?
I try to be as flexible as I can. A lot of my clients travel frequently, it is always up to them to decide if they want to workout while on vacation or if they would like some additional rest. I find that they usually want to maintain their regular routine just as long as it fits in their travel schedule.
